The Code of Ethics indicates the set of principles and lines of conduct to be followed by the directors, employees and collaborators of Netsens in the context of their respective functions and work activities.<\/p>\n

The principles of the Code of Ethics contains specifications of the general obligations of diligence, fairness and loyalty that must qualify the performance of work services and behavior in the work environment referable to Netsens.<\/p>\n

Model 231 implements the provisions of Legislative Decree 231 of 2001-which introduced into the Italian legal system the administrative liability in criminal proceedings of entities for certain offenses committed in their interest or to their advantage by directors, managers or employees-for the purpose of preventing the commission of the offenses set forth in the Decree.<\/p>\n
